'출고'란 '이나무'에서 택배사로 이동하는 단계를 의미합니다. 출고일을 배송일과 혼동하시는 분들이 간혹 계신데 출고가능일 다음날부터 배송이 실시되게 됩니다.
그 절차는 아래와 같습니다.
매일 저녁 5~7시에 출고가 되면 택배사 집결지로 이동하여 밤사이 각 지역영업소로 이동 후 다음날부터 배송이 실시됩니다.
오후4시 이전에 주문(결제확인)하시면 재고가 있을 경우 바로 다음날 배송이 가능합니다.
오후4시를 기점으로 삼는 것은 매일 오후 5시~7시 사이에 주문된 물품을 택배사로 이동하기 때문입니다.
토요일 오후1시 이후 또는 일요일/공휴일에 주문하신 경우 근무일부터 입/출고 업무가 이루어지므로 1~2일 오차가 생길 수 있습니다.
간혹, 출판사의 미공지로 인해 절판/품절된 도서가 판매가능으로 되어 있어, 주문한 경우 고객님께 별도로 연락을 드려 환불해 드립니다.

※ 해외 수입원서 주문/입고/배송에 관한 안내
고객이 해외원서를 주문하면 곧바로 해외주문 오더를 넣어 재고여부를 확인하고 현지를 통해 수입이 진행됩니다.
해외주문원서의 입고기간이 12~18일로 그 일정의 폭이 있는 것은 현지사정(항공기 결항, 미국휴일, 해외출판사 사정)에 의해서 선적일자가 달라질 수 있기 때문입니다.
그러나 주문원서가 가까운 아시아 지역 창고에 있을 경우에는 위의 기간보다 더 빠르게 입고될 수도 있습니다.
주문하신 원서는 매일 현지 거래업체를 통해 재고여부를 체크하고 있습니다. 만일 재고확보가 어려운 경우 고객에게 전화나 메일로 신속하게 알려드립니다.
